flightschoice.agency charges a processing fee for all the permitted Cancelation from customers. flightschoice.agency proclaims evidently that the entire service fees and airline tickets are not refundable at any cost.

flightschoice.agency offers the facility of canceling a ticket over the phone. However, for canceling the tickets booked by flightschoice.agency, you must meet the particular criteria. The tickets booked under “no show” category are not subjected under refund policy from suppliers. We accept the refund request of only those candidates, who have initially applied for cancelation of tickets and refund with our company. Tickets are entitled for a refund if and only if the airlines’ policy allows us to do so.

We protect the waivers from the airlines to process the request for cancelation as well as the refund.

flightschoice.agency manages to execute the refund requests of customers in well-organized way but to handle large numbers of travelers at once is a problem; hence flightschoice.agency cannot provide the exact date or accurate time for flight ticket refunds. To initiate the refund process, customers are requested to forward the notice to the customer service agent. Within a short span of time, our team responds to your mail to confirm refund request. This reply is merely an acknowledgment of your refund request. Keep in mind that you are not directly qualified for compensation.

After receiving the request from customer end, we proceed further. Next step of flightschoice.agency is to approach the concerned airlines to get the waived amount as per the airline’s policy since we entirely depend on the airlines to obtain refunded money. At the same time, we let you know about the estimation of the airlines. If everything goes well, then the fund is transferred into your account after the approval of refund by the airlines.

Like our transaction service fees (booking fees), all post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and are subject to change without notice. Our fees are in addition to any airline and/or other supplier imposed fees and charges.

Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Airline Refunds/Future credits are subject to airline fare rules, policies and procedures.
